I am translating a document containing Japanese address. The complete address written in Chinese is 日本东京都北区潼野川6-31-14-阳巷XXX号。Any suggestion with Japanese knowledge will be welcome and appreciated!

Explanation:
First of all, "日本东京都北区潼野川6-31-14" is wrong, it must be "東京都北区滝野川６丁目３１−１４"
And "阳巷XXX号" this part is "building name" + "Room number" +"号".
The original Japanese building name is supposed to be "サンシャイン",
and the Chinese translator translated as "阳巷"
So it is Sunshine in English.
