This is a rather continental formulation that doesn't translate well into Anglophone common law. The correct legalese for this legal concept is "subject matter" (see Google link).
But if you're translating a contract, and you want to make it comprehensible to English speakers, the best option is "the Premises" or "the Property". These are much more common ways of talking about the same thing in English language contract. |
