Chinese term or phrase: blow
好哇,大风,你就使劲地刮吧。你现在刮得越大,秋后的雨水就越充足。刮吧,使劲地刮吧,刮来个丰收的好年景,刮来个富强的好日子。(峻青《秋色赋》)
Version one: All right, wind! Roar as hard as you like. The stronger you blow now, the more rain we will get in autumn.
Come on! You will give us a good harvest and bring us a good life.
Version two: Strong wind, blow hard. The harder you blow the more rain we will get in autumn. Blow, blow hard! Bring us a promising harvest and prosperous days!
in the original text, there are 7 times repetition of 刮(blow), is it all right to adopt the same repetition as the version two? Do you think the language in version two is kind of dull? is the first redition is better than the other or otherwise and could you tell me the reason.Thank you very much. If you are asked to translate this paragraph, what's your version?
