Context: 文長援筆立成，竟滿其紙，氣韻遒逸，物無遁情，一座大驚。
Background Info:
遁情: 犹隐情。《新唐书·突厥传赞》：“然帝数暴师不告劳，料敌无遁情，善任将，必其功，盖黄帝之兵也。” 清刘献廷《广阳杂记》卷三：“增减离合，以度求数，数无遁情矣。” 章炳麟《訄书·学蛊》：“ 軾也使人跌逿而无主，设两可之辩，仗无竆之辞，遁情以笑，谓道可见端而不覩其尾。”

I'm not quite sure of the definition of "犹隐情". I'm hoping a native speaker might recognize this term.

犹 means 'like', so 犹隐情 means 'synonym of 隐情'. Therefore, 無遁情 would mean 'no hidden facts'.

Taken as a whole, I would translate 物無遁情 in your quote as 'he depicted the object in question in great detail/vividly'.

Thank you Ibone for the original text and the modern Chinese translation. In that case the translation for 物无遁情 should be, taking into account the note from Esempi, 'nothing was hidden in his depiction of the object', as there was only one object in question.

Thanks again, Daisy. Just a note: I think I went with "there is nothing hidden in his depictions of objects". From what I've read, Xu Wei was renowned for expressing himself honesty, but his works were not very detailed.
