Chinese term or phrase: ネ
I have been told that the above expression means to "get angry with someone". How can this be?

Which of the following expressions is correct, if any?

иネ
⒈иネ
⒉иネ

If number three is correct, then how does it differ from the others? I thought the construction ⑿⑾only worked when ⑾ is a noun. Can you ネsomeone's ?

It's correct.
Explanation:
Now I can only tell you that only the third sentence is difenitly right and most widely used. The second one is some kind of short form of the third one and it's grammatically sound, but not everybody feels comfortable with it.
