a typo, should be “剪刀差”，学过经济的人应该比较熟悉，原本存在于国际间，可在一些原计划经济社会，在工农业间，国内这种现象却很严重。不过一些“社会主义”理论家会说这是资本主义的现象。原苏联这种现象特别严重，挫伤了农民的种粮积极性，其实，中国目前这种现象也还比较严重，虽然比改革开放前大有好转，恐短期仍难以完全消除。

  -> 大学学习工程力学与材料力学时，基本功之一就是做“应力分析”，剪切应力分析是重点内容，要先画应力图再计算，然后确定材料的强度要求。用手推墙就会在墙体内产生剪切应力，风吹旗杆也会产生剪切应力，所以学工程的说到“剪切力”，对一般人而言往往并不那那么直观，需要做应力分析。不过，应力分析图画出来确实会沿着一个轴一半在这边、一半在那边，且基本都与这个轴垂直，倒也蛮象个“剪刀”。扯远了，老兄发的故事很有趣，一并谢过。
