I am sure about "micro-processor", although you can also use "microcomputer", which sounds a bit outdated.
行车设备 can mean varying degrees of function, so, in the order of general to more specific, you can use:
- operational/traffic
- control/monitoring
- signaling? (as suggested by s4074433)
I'll leave it to those who have more expertise in the area.
