Je dois traduire une Requête d'examen de fond (实质审查请求书) pour un brevet. Dans le champ "liste des documents", on trouve "申请文件替换文件"
Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée de ce à quoi ça correspond ? |

实质审查请求时，申请人提出主动修改的，应在第x栏中填写申请文件替换页的种类、份数、页数。

La législation applicable peut exiger que la requête soit accompagnée d’un élément de remplacement (page de remplacement) ou d’un élément contenant la rectification (page d’errata).
Selon besoin, on pourrait faire le choix entre pages ou documents de remplacement. Souvent ce sont des pièces jointes (属于与请求书同时提交的附件清单内容).
