Ako se radi o "current assests", tada se ne ponavlja da se radi o potraživanjima, nego je dovoljno navesti osnovu potraživanja. Može se dodati "paid", milim, ali vjerujem da će se brzo naći netko tko će ovaj prijedlog još malo usavršiti.
No, poputno sam siguran da se izraz "jamčevine" porezno i poslovno vrlo dobro poklapa s odgovorom jer je u oba slučaja riječ o sredstvima koje jamac deponira kod primatelja jamstva, a iz kojih se primatelj može naplatiti u slučaju da mu jamac nanese neku štetu. U knjigama jamca se sredstva ne vode kao trošak, a u knjigama primatelja ona nisu prihod. |
