Pod uvjetom da otklasiran znači klasiran moguće je ponuđeno rješenje.

and cows.

A quality grade is a composite evaluation of factors that affect palatability of meat (tenderness, juiciness, and flavor). These factors include carcass maturity, firmness, texture, and color of lean, and the amount and distribution of marbling within the lean. Beef carcass quality grading is based on (1) degree of marbling and (2) degree of maturity.

Pošto me je "otklasiranje" zaintrigiralo (oko goveđih trupova nisam imala dvojbe), istraživala sam malo dalje i došla do niže datog članka kojim se čini mi se sasvim jasno potvrđuje o čemu se radi. Pošto se u tom programu očito vrši i klasiranje i ocjenjivanje, predlažem da upotrijebite termin 'classified and graded beef carcasses'.

Dana 28. svibnja 2004. godine u Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodnoga gospodarstva Hrvatski stočarski centar predstavio je program ŤSustava kontrole kakvoće goveđih trupova i polovica na liniji klanjať. Sustav se osniva na Pravilniku o kakvoći goveđih trupova i polovica na liniji klanja (NN RH 20/2004) koji je donesen u veljači 2004. godine. (…) Pravilnikom o kakvoći goveđih trupova i polovica na liniji klanja propisani su uvjeti i kriteriji razvrstavanja i ocjenjivanja goveđih trupova i polovica, (…) Kakvoća goveđih trupova i polovica podrazumijeva njihovo razvrstavanje u kategorije i klase te ocjenjivanje prema prekrivenosti masnim tkivom. Kategorije uključuju podjelu na teletinu, junetinu i govedinu, te prema dobi i spolu. Raspon klasiranja obuhvaća 5 oznaka i to: izvrstan (ŤEť), vrlo dobar (ŤUť), dobar (ŤRť), osrednji (ŤOť) i slab (ŤPť) skraćeno ŤEUROPť. Stupanj prekrivenosti masnim tkivom također se ocjenjuje i to ocjenama od 1 do 5 (1=vrlo slaba; 2=slaba; 3=srednja; 4=jaka; 5=vrlo jaka).
Na sastanku su predstavljene dužnosti Hrvatskog stočarskog centra koji organizira provođenje postupka klasiranja i nadzor nad radom ovlaštenih klasifikatora. Dužnosti klasifikatora su da obavlja klasiranje trupova i polovica, te da obavlja administrativne poslove vezane za postupak klasiranja i označavanja.
