execution se često rabi jednostavno za potpisivanje ugovora, pa bi "execution and notarization" moglo prije asocirati na potpisivanje i ovjeru, nego na ovršnost ugovora... ovršnost ugovora je njegovo svojstvo da postane ovršivim, podobnim za ovrhu...
za solemnizaciju i ovjeravanje nešto s legalization and notarization... jer ta solemnizacija nije ovjera potpisa, nego čin kojim dokument postaje javno-bilježničkom ispravom...P.S. Molim vas zanemarite ovo, sad kad bolje čitam vidim da zapravo niste pitali za solemnizaciju i ovjeravanje;
