Radi se o tome da X koristi kreditne linije banke Y i umjesto isplate kredita ustupa banci vlasništvo nad nekretninom.
Explanation: Deed in Lieu Agreement, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure Agreement i ugovori sličnih naziva (i po tipu transakcije slični ovom iz tvog primjera) postoje kao oblici otplate zajmova, posebno hipotekarnih, no u uređenijim sustavima nego što je naš te su sasvim definirani, pa se bojim da se sadržajno ne mogu usporediti s "transakcijom" iz tvog ugovora....
No možda pomogne pri iznalaženju nekog rješenja, posebno ovaj Bugarski primjer (taj bi već mogao biti sličniji našoj stvarnosti:(()
