agree  bonafide1313: the use of "ne dovodeći u pitanje" in the Croatian original is somewhat confusing to me... "ne dovodeći u pitanje" means "without prejuice to"; do you think "without prejudice" could function in this sentence? i notice you put "nothwithstanding" :)

  -> Sure. "Without prejudice to" and "notwithstanding" are basically synonymous in this legal construction. "Notwithstanding / Ne dovodeći u pitanje A, B" means that A holds true even if it conflicts with B.

samo mi nešto ovdje "ne dovodeći u pitanje" ovako u brzini čudno, mislim da bi bilo logičnije da stoji.... bez obzira na, unatoč (notwithstanding).... iz ovog niza pitanja imam dojam da imaš posla s "backtranslationom" koji nije uvijek baš vrhunski:)).... no, ovako u žurbi možda imam i krivo....

nadam se da će netko od kolega bolje rasvijetliti....

eh, baš nisam koncentrirana... ne mislim da backtranslation nije vrhunski, nego da prvotni prijevod engleskog izvornika nije baš, ono :))
