| | Act on the Territories of Counties, Towns and Municipalities in the Republic of Croatia | Explanation:
The Croatian Parliament, at its sitting of 13 July 2006, passed the Act on the Territories of Counties, Towns and Municipalities in the Republic of Croatia (Narodne novine No. 86/06; hereinafter: the Act on the Territories/06), which entered into force on 28 July 2006. Article 38 of this Act stipulates that on the day of its entering into force the Act on the Territories/97 shall be placed out of force.
