The above is the direct translation, but I think 'jusrisdiction' may be a bit too legal for use here. I'd rather rephrase a bit and say:
'or working in another capacity'...

agree  bonafide1313: ako se radi o ugovoru, i ako je XXXX neka država, onda svakako samo jurisdiction...

agree  Piotrnikitin: "jurisdiction" and "capacity" are two complety different things. The answer depends on what XXXX is. I think if it is a country, jurisdiction is the only option.
