Nije tipfeler, to je anatomska struktura, koja se zove ligamenta lata uteri, a to nabor peritoneuma (potrbusnice) koji je razapet izmedju lateralnog ( uprosteno bocnog) ruba maternice i zida zdjelice. Ja bih se prije odlucila za lateral ligaments jer je engleski jedan od jezika u kojem ljekari cesce koriste "usvojene" latinske izraze za razliku od njemackog gdje nesto teze "domacim" izrazima.
