Nadovezujući se na kolegicu Stanković: "Mnogi bolesnici imaju ispade osjeta kao neosjetljivost, svrbež kože, trnci ..."Dakle to su poremećaji osjeta. Gubitak osjeta je anestezija.

Sexual performance functions to a certain degree as a part of involuntary nervous system, i.e. as a reflex. These reflexes can be damaged by the disease. Sensation disorders in the genital region can also impair the normal sexual functions..."

neutral  Larisa Djuvelek-Ruggiero (X): 'Ispad osjeta' moze da bude privremeno stanje dok vas predlog vise ukazuje na dijagnozu problema/poremecaj.Doduse, nisam sigurna kakva je ostatak orginalnog teksta u pitanju.

  -> Pa i poremećaj može biti privremen ili trajan, ovdje se radi o simptomima multiple skleroze koji ne moraju biti stalno prisutni, to je poput on-off efekta.To čini tu bolest problematičnom.

Citiram iz rječnika medicinskog nazivlja Vlaste Tanay da je ispad (funkcionalni) = deficit (nije mi ove dane bio pri ruci pa se nisam mogla pozvati na njega). „Disorder“ je preveden isključivo kao poremećaj, a čini mi se da je „loss“ ipak značenjem dosta bliži deficitu nego „disorder“.
