Evo definicije: "clausula intabulandi = uglavak kojim se dopušta zemljišnoknjižni upis" http://gpp.pravo.hr/ispiti/latinske izreke/laizreke.htm#i

Evo i definicije na njemačkom jeziku: "Die Intabulation stellt den unbedingten Erwerb von Rechten im Zuge einer Einverleibung (Eintragung ins Grundbuch) dar." http://www.mein-wirtschaftslexikon.de/i/intabulation.php
Dakle i ovdje se spominje upis u zemljišne knjige.

Kako je hrvatski pravni sustav sličan germanskom, nije čudo što imamo neka slična zakonska rješenja. Odatle vjerojatno i prijevod naziva "intabulandi" u nekim njemačkim i austrijskim tekstovima s "Intabulation", kao u sljedećem primjeru, što ne znači da se taj pojam zapravo koristi na engleskom jeziku.

Stoga držim da je za englesko govorno područje najprikladnije taj pojam prevesti kao "Permission to Register the Property Clause" ili "Permitted Property Registration Clause", a "intabulandi" možete navesti u zagradi jer je to latinski. A u tekstu konkretnog ugovora, kao naslov članka može se koristiti samo "Permission to Register the Property" ili "Permission to Enter the Property into the Land Register" ili "Permitted Property Registration" ili "Property Registration Permitted" ili slično. A ovakva formulacija je sigurno u duhu engleskog pravnog jezika.

Slovenci su se jednom tekstu odlučili za "Obtain a valid land register permission from the seller (“registration clause”)", http://www.doingbusiness.org/ExploreTopics/RegisteringProper...
Ali tu po meni nedostaje taj vrlo bitan element izričitog dopuštenja prodavatelja.
