There are three types of entries into the land register: a) Incorporation
(intabulation, extabulation), b) priority notice and c) annotation (adnotation)
(Sect. 30/1 Land Register Act).

The annotation (zabiljezba) reveals any material legal facts that derive from
the personal relations of the holder of the rights entered into the land register or may have specific legal effects.
