Domicilna kamata je neka vrsta referentne kamatne stope u jednoj zemlji. Nema neke posebne formule za izračunavanje ove kamatne stope, jer ona zavisi od zemlje do zemlje.
Domicilnu kamatnu stopu određuje centralna banka konkretne države i njena visina zavisi od velikog broja faktora, a prvenstveno od stanja monetarnog sistema konkretne zemlje.
Ova kamata je uglavnom mjerilo za određivanje visine kamatnih stopa na kredite, na položene depozite u bankama i druge bitne uslove koje nude poslovne banke svojim klijentima.
