Ja bih voljela pitati da li se "Opcinski sud Zagreb" moze u Austriji prevesti kao "Bezirksgericht Zagreb"... ili je to pogresno?

U Austriji se općinski sud ne može prevesti kao Bezirksgericht jer je općinski sud prvostupanjski sud, a austrijski Bezirksgericht pokriva i dio poslova drugostupanjskog suda. Zato se hrvatski općinski sud prevodi kao Gemeindegericht. Bezirksgericht se odnosi na austrijsko pravo i ne može se primijeniti na hrvatsko pravno nazivlje.

Neki prevoditelji općinski sud prevode s Amtsgericht što je pogrešno jer se Amtsgericht odnosi na njemačko pravo. Amtsgericht u Njemačkoj pokriva neke poslove za koje je kod nas nadležan prekršajni sud pa se ni taj pojam ne može primijeniti.

U Austriji se općinski sud ne može prevesti kao Bezirksgericht jer je općinski sud prvostupanjski sud, a austrijski Bezirksgericht pokriva i dio poslova drugostupanjskog suda. Zato se hrvatski općinski sud prevodi kao Gemeindegericht. Bezirksgericht se odnosi na austrijsko pravo i ne može se primijeniti na hrvatsko pravno nazivlje.
