Ono što mi u javnobilježničkoj terminologiji zovemo "ovjerenom preslikom" se u anglosaksonskim zemljama naziva CERTIFIED COPY odn. BEGLAUBIGTE ABLICHTUNG (z. B. aus dem Geburtsregister). "Preslika" nije isto što i "kopija".

Ono što mi u javnobilježničkoj terminologiji zovemo "ovjerenom preslikom" se u anglosaksonskim zemljama naziva CERTIFIED COPY odn. BEGLAUBIGTE ABLICHTUNG (z. B. aus dem Geburtsregister). "Preslika" nije isto što i "kopija".
