(2) Der Substitut hat in den Notariatsurkunden seine Eigenschaft als Notarsubstitut oder Notariatssubstitut und, wenn er als Vertreter eines Notars einschreitet, dessen Namen und Amtssitz in den Notariatsurkunden anzuführen und seiner Unterschrift beizufügen. Der Notariatssubstitut hat bereits bei Beginn der Geschäftsbesorgung sein Einschreiten als Notariatssubstitut offenzulegen.“
