vorbereitende Tagsatzung


Explanation:
Bei der vorbereitenden Tagsatzung, die vom zuständigen Gericht abgehalten wird, wird die Sach- und Rechtslage der beiden Prozessparteien erörtert und das Prozessprogramm bekannt gegeben. Zur Vorbereitung dieses Termins muss den beiden Parteien eine Frist von drei Wochen ab Zustellung der Ladung eingeräumt werden.

agree  Davor Kalinic: Tanja, das ist der übliche Termin in Österreich und kann für die Schweiz leider nicht verwendet werden. Die Kollegin sollte natürlich erwähnt haben, dass es hier ums eidgenössiche Recht geht.
