Czech to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Accounting | | Czech term or phrase: vyvolaná investice | Hello, I am looking for the English equivalent of "vyvolaná investice" in the following context:
"Vyvolaná investice znamená vynaložení kapitálové investice na splnění podmínky, jež nebyla uvedena a oceněna v nabídce strany XY nebo byla uvedena v nabídce, ale byla oceněna na nižší částku než je výše kapitálové investice skutečně a účelně vynaložené stranou XY." It seems to me that "subsequent", "incidental" or "induced" might be some of the adjectives but I do not manage to verify if they are indeed used in this context. Any advice appreciated. |
