I had some clarification from the editor and latrán and podhradí are nearly one in the same...with latrán specifically with a typical street system...that's why I chose this answer, thanks to all for a nicely developed debate..

Explanation:
Due to the fact that latrán is defined by Czech historicians either as předhradí (baileys) or podhradí (extramural settlement) you can make your choice. However, latrán can be also the street leading to the castle gates.
