myslím, že asi bude rozumné zeptat se klienta, páč opravdu netuším, co se myslí. Anyway, I think that "bezpečnost" here means "security" (as opposed to "safety") and that we're basically talking about preventing intruders from accessing a specific area. But the picture Hannah provided the link to really appeals to me. Perhaps "přechody" is supposed to mean little "bridges" between buildings or across some specific stretches of land...

Well, I just called my designer buddy who works in the field and you really do have very little context to go by. In your case I would certainly shout out a WTF to the client, or in normal terms, ask the client for clarification. If to form a crosswalk, where oftentimes it is a raised structure, perhaps you need footings to support it, that's what it means. That's my best guess. Moreover Hannah has passed me recently in all time points as a result of me awarding her points for her accurate answer to my last Kudoz question, so I wanna get past her again :). Perhaps leave the question open till you can give more feedback. Not much to go on Zdeno like you said.

ale z Vašich odpovědí bohužel nejsem moc moudrý. Můj problém je totiž ten, že vůbec nevím, co si pod těmi "patkami přechodů" představit. Is this just another word for "fence" or "barrier" or whatever? I don't even know what "přechody" means here; I tend to interpret the word as meaning "passageways [between individual buildings/structures]... It would be great if you could provide any ideas on that. But anyway, thank you soo much for a quick response!
