Sorry, I don't have any context here.
It is one type of guarantees granted by the Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank within the programme Guarante within the Oparational Programme Innovation and Enterprise of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The other type is "portfoliová záruka"

Podle pravidel banky ČMZRB se tento typ záruky dělí do časových pásem podle toho, kdy byla sepsána výzva k plnění. (Viz odkaz Jany, popř. zde). Neříkám, že můj překlad existuje ve stejném kontextu ve světě, ale odráží časový charakter pásma. Time zone se mi moc nelíbí.

Asi bych volila co nejstručnější překlad vystihující podstatu, což je postupné snižování procenta. Ta pásma bych tam necpala za každou cenu; bez dalšího vysvětlení to jen mate. :)

Guarantee with tapering coverage (i když to by možná čtenáře vedlo k představě, že procento časem klesne až k nule)
