OK, stop, I was being thick. I got a .doc file which must have originally been a .pdf file with columns or something and the text went haywire and it didn't match up. But I've managed to pick up the thread. Very sorry, thanks for responding so quickly.

They're talking about setting up a website about 1989 - the themes, how to get the public involved (it's going to be interactive) - they want to encourage people to organize "happenings" - spontaneous queues, empty shop windows, black market money changing. And then this. There's nothing for me to link it to.
