I managed to find that it's a number in a set of forms. The other sets are "tr. ř.", "o. s. ř." and "d. ř." - the Criminal Proceeding (form No.), Civil Court Proceeding (form No.) and Inheritance Proceeding (form No.). No idea what "k. ř." could stand for, though. It seems it means appelate (all the decisions I found were appelate and even the list of forms suggest so), but I can't think of a synonym that starts with a "K". Other things I thought it might be (but probably isn't) are: koncentrované, kontrolní, komerční, ... |
