Soud standardně ustanovil notáře jako soudního komisaře. Neumím napsat správně že soud rozhoduje prostřednictvím, cestou specializovaného odborníka, tj notáře. Ví někdo, zda existuje anglicky mluvící země kde to takto také funguje? děkuji

To asker: Officer of the court je vyznamovo prilis siroke, to by som nepouzival. Viz. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Officer_of_the_court
Formulacia kolegyne je pekna, ale zbytocne opisna. Pokial (anglosaske) pravo pozna vyraz zodpovedajuci ceskemu "soudní komisař", mal by sa podla mna pouzit.

disagree  Vladimír Hoffman: Takto to znie ako keby súd rozhodol samotným aktom poverenia nie prostredníctvom poverenej osoby.
