Ústav kvalifikovaný pro znaleckou činnost

Jde o charakteristiku společnosti. České firmy a instituce mají ve svých překladech použitý termín "expert activities", ale přijde mi to takové nějaké "Czenglish". Existuje pro to nějaký ustálený anglický termín? V tom podtitulku společnosti bych se nerad rozepisoval nějakým opisem.

My suggestion is based on your comment that the company provides DNA, paternity, forensic etc. testing. I find "expert services" too vague to characterize a company. It might work in Czech but I don't think it works in English.

Zkusila bych takto. Vyskytuje se to i na několika dvojjazyčných stránkách, viz reference. Mohou to být "IT/marketing/business consultancy services" atd.

Najlepšie vystihuje termín "znalec" podľa našej legislatívy a priblíži native speakrom o čo ide, expert evokuje len osobu "with a high degree of skill in or knowledge of a certain subject", inak česká a slov. sa líšia, na Slovensku viď zákon č. 382/2004, všetci znalci, súdni prekladatelia a tlmočníci ho musia poznať priam naspamäť + súvisiace vyhlášky, tiež celé právo v kocke + svoj odbor (príp. v rámci neho odvetvie). Podmienky sú tu prísnejšie. V Čechách nemusia spraviť 2 skúšky ako u nás...
