Samotné rozhodčí řízení probíhá v jediné instanci, podle přání smluvních stran je však možno dohodnout v rozhodčí smlouvě odvolací (přezkumné) řízení. O postupu v řízení rozhoduje rozhodce, a to na základě Jednacího řádu Rozhodčího soudu (dále jen „Jednací řád"), který je základní procesní normou rozhodčího řízení rozhodců Rozhodčího soudu.

Appeals
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Arbitration Act, the parties are free to agree in their arbitration agreement that the tribunal’s award shall be subject to review by a second tier arbitral tribunal consisting of other arbitrators. However, unless the parties expressly make such an agreement, the tribunal’s award will be final and binding, subject only to the limited circumstances in which an award may be set aside by the court (see below).
