Is there a generally accepted translation of this? It appears in a heading:

K jmenování rozhodce přezkumného senátu za prvého účastníka (jako žalující stranu v arbitráži)

- and within the paragraph that follows, "rozhodčí senát" appears to mean the same thing...

Perhaps the full name for it is "přezkumný rozhodčí senát".

though this def. more closely refers to securities firms, I think it could fit here - and it would not be the first time the author chooses to call the same thing by two (or three) different names just to thoroughly confuse the translators. I just had one where the same entity was the "bidder", the "contractor" and the "seller" all within one page
