English translation:nuchal rigidity test
Explanation:
Difficult to describe unless you actually see it! Basically it is to see if there is any stiffness in the neck (poss. for meningitis or in this case subarachnoid haemorrhage) - it forms part of the basic tests when carrying out a neurological examination. cf. Hunt and Hess scale.
BTW it is 'Opozice'
