It is important to note that in the Czech republic there is usually no kind of Acute and Emergency Department unlike e.g. England and patients are admitted separetly in each department. If they have a surgical problem, they are admitted in Surgical department, if they have a medical problem, they are admitted in separate Medical department, therefore this is reflected in the source and that is the meaning of the "interní" in the source. Interní in this meaning is "Medical".
