Three values, therefore trias (Latin for triad - or is it Greek?).
It's probably safe to use "vital signs" and then name them in parenthesis.

In Czech veterinary context, "hodnoty triasu" usually refers to the three values I mentioned - at least in Google. I know that Google can't be always trusted, but there are quite a few hits for this (if you google it in quotes).
I'm not sure whether English-speaking vets use "triad" for this.

Thank you. As it turns out, 'hodnoty triasu' are mentioned again, and it's made clear that they are: tep, dech, teplota. This corresponds to the definition of 'vital signs' in my medical dictionary.

In general, this can mean set of any three indicators. Most probably it's heart rate, temperature and respiratory rate but can be a number of other things. Without more context, I would go for as vague wording as possible and as suggested. See the wikipedia link below.
