trias = heart rate, respiration rate, temperature
Three values, therefore trias (Latin for triad - or is it Greek?).
It's probably safe to use "vital signs" and then name them in parenthesis.

In Czech veterinary context, "hodnoty triasu" usually refers to the three values I mentioned - at least in Google. I know that Google can't be always trusted, but there are quite a few hits for this (if you google it in quotes).
I'm not sure whether English-speaking vets use "triad" for this. |

| Grading comment Thank you. As it turns out, 'hodnoty triasu' are mentioned again, and it's made clear that they are: tep, dech, teplota. This corresponds to the definition of 'vital signs' in my medical dictionary.
