Asker: Thank you. I was beginning to wonder if it could be this. Last night (and again this morning) I found many examples of "preventivní onkologická ..." and relatively few examples of "onkologická preventivní ...", but still ...

Asker: I mean one might expect PO rather than OP, given the usual order of the words - but still, your answer makes sense.

  -> This is standard part od medical notes in some hospital departments. It reviews all parts of the body that you can examine by inspection, palpation ... So it includes exactly those mentioned in the question - lymph nodes, thyroid, oral cavity ..etc
