Czech term or phrase: EKG s r fr. 82 minosa intermed. časy vedení v normě

This is from a Czech medical report. EKG section. I do understand some of above, I need help particularly with the word "minosa", but would appreciate help with the whole phrase.

This is the part I do understand:

EKG with sinus rhythm, heart rate 82 ..... intermediate type, conduction times in reference range.

Please correct me if I am wrong on anything but what I need most of all is what "minosa" means and how if fits in. I did google it in google.cz and could not find it, so it could be a typo.

That's another typo, Stephen.

min = minutes
osa = axis

your text should say: ...fr. 82/min, osa intermediální...

intermediální osa = 60°
