Czech term or phrase: změn repol vs. st., p. IM DS st. data,
In Czech medical report, EKG section, the above phrase is included. I know "změn repol" probably means "repolarization changes". This report also has misspellings and punctuation in wrong places, so maybe "st., p." means "status post". "IM" often means "myocardial infarction", but what would it mean in combination with DS?

Appreciate any help on this phrase.
