There's no jsem there. If there's jsem, it should read Já jsem vždy myslel/myslela na tebe - I've always thought about you.

By the way, the Czech source is not exactly correct, it should be "stále na tebe myslím" or "vždy na tebe myslím", the original text is too literal.
