hmotnostní spektrum Explanation: m/z is an international maybe SI term, in German Massenspektrum, in Czech hmotnostní spektrum, in English mass spectrum see: Pro stanovení jednotlivých sloek separovaných plynovou chromatografií lze pouít také hmotnostního spektrometru. Tento způsob detekce nabízejí pičkové plynové chromatografy. V iontovém zdroji hmotnostního spektrometru při vysokém vakuu dostávají molekuly pozitivní náboj. Pak procházejí elektrickým polem, kde se jednotlivé fragmenty i molekulový kation urychlují podle velikosti náboje a kolmo působícím magnetickým polem, kde se vychylují podle své hmotnosti a dopadají na detektor (počítač částic). m/z Explanation: m = SI symbol for mass z = symbol (standard) for atomic number (or something alike) hence, the abbreviation should stay as is. I agree with the previous answer - it means relative intensity (this is why it is spelled out in the paranetheses of the Czech text) |
