Czech term or phrase:what is a "bubok"?
I'm not sure if that is the correct spelling. I was told it was a racial slur.
The whole sentence and more context would be helpful, as you probably misspelled the term

Explanation: the word you're probably looking for is bubák, which means bogeyman. I've never heard of it used as a racial slur. Then I considered it might be some form of argot(?).
