Czech term or phrase: ruští brabči
In a letter written in Prague in December of 1968, the writer talks about the half-empty shops just prior to Christmas and how it wasn't that way "last year." She then continues by saying: To je to, že nám sem přišli hospodařit, ruští "brabči". The last two words are unclear, since the handwriting is an issue. Can anyone help?
