Der Grundrissplanung wurde eine Regel-Gebäudetiefe von ca. 13,2 m Außenmaß zu Grunde gelegt. Die sich hieraus ergebende Innentiefe von ca. 12,5 m eignet sich für unterschiedliche Bürostrukturen. Der Gliederung des Gesamtbaukörpers entsprechend erhält jeder der drei Einzelbauteile einen eigenen Erschließungskern mit Treppenhaus und Aufzügen.
