Czech term or phrase: Statutární město

Potřeboval bych se zeptat, zda se statutární město obvykle překládá jako Statutarstadt, nebo pouze Stadt. Problém totiž spočívá v tom, že Němci pojmu Stautarstadt nerozumí. Pokud nejde o právní text, dal bych tedy raději přednost Stadt. Nebo má někdo jiné zkušenosti?

Eine Statutarstadt (auch als Stadt mit eigenem Statut bezeichnet) ist eine Stadt, die sich von den übrigen Städten durch ein eigenes Stadtrecht (Stadtstatut) unterscheidet.

Asker: Ok, to znám, ale problém je v tom, že Statutarstadt se vyskytuje pouze v rakouském právu, takže tomu Němci obvykle nerozumí a možná je potom lepší psát pouze Stadt. Například ve větě: Akce se uskutečnila za podpory statutárního města Brna.
