Law/Patents - Law (general) / Wechsel | | Czech term or phrase: vydat směnku | | Prosím o pomoc s výrazem - vydat směnku - Schovanec je zmocněn vydat směnku oprávněnému za podmínky splnění určitých povinností, předložení dokladů. Myslím si, že nejde o Wechsel trassieren oder auf jemanden ziehen, ale spíš o freigeben oder herausgeben. Děkuji |
