Czech to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / úřední záznam / výpověď / poučení | | Czech term or phrase: p.a. | Překládám "Úřední záznam o podaném vysvětlení" [Aussage-Protokoll].
Začíná rozsáhlým poučením, jehož věty uvádí příslušné zákony. Dvakrát končí věta takto:
"... (§ 99 odst. 1 tr. řádu p.a.)." resp.
"... (§ 100 odst. 2 tr. řádu p.a.)."
[Na kopii nevidím ani tečky ani čárky, jenom předpokládám, že tam jsou tečky.]
