Internetový odkaz může být trochu zrádná věc, třeba si v Hessensku musíte přepočítávač zakoupit, a tím se stáváte jeho majitelem, zatímco jiná plynárenská společnost Vám jej může pouze pronajmout a pak jste uživatelem. Když budete jezdit firemním autem, jste také jeho uživatelem a nikoli majitelem.

Myslím si, že nikoli zrovna v daném kontextu, ale např. ve smlouvě je mezi uživatelem a majitelem propastný rozdíl. Synonymy pro Eigentümer jsou Inhaber nebo Besitzer, nikoli Nutzer...
