Renteniveauet har gennem 2007 været klart højere end forventet, men vi tror fortsat, at renten falder tilbage igen (baseret på vore rådgiveres analyser), og vi budgetterer derfor fortsat med at være kort finansieret.

I thought about "short-funded" but not sure about it.
