I would translate this as "Net 30 EOM"

I think what they mean is, you send us your bill, and you'll get paid "net" at the end of the following month, which could mean up to two months of free credit, if you send an invoice in the beginning of a month. It sounds like a very common practice. Most business people expect to be paid "net" 30 days after they send an invoice, but those who are supposed to pay have their own twist on this.

Thanks for the detailed explanation (not that it fully clarifies it). Yes, I saw the definition you used in the dictionary, however I dont think one would find these terms on an invoice in the English speaking commercial world.
